Your Windows system may be missing a DLL.
You will need to copy the DLL from Microsoft's web site, or get it from another PC.
To find the name of the DLL, run the BrainMaster Home Screen, then go to
My Computer \ Local Disk C \ brainm.20, find the file and run it by double
clicking on:
BMrMMPPlay.exe for MMP Player
BMrDVD.exe for DVD player
etc.
The Windows error box will tell you which DLL it needs.
Often, it is mfc70.dll that Microsoft for some reason does not always include.

Note: With Windows, if you do not get the audio stream, a known solution is to install WinDVD 8 Platinum or Power DVD 7 Deluxe.
If you do not have a suitable DVD driver installed, you may see something like "2 out or 3 video streams unable to render". If you have a trial version of Power DVD, you may see "1 out of 3 video streams unable to render".
Note: We do not recommend that users install trial versions of the DVD software as they will stop functioning upon expiration of trial.
