I just did the Discovery Firmware Upgrade, and now I cannot log into NeuroGuide. What Do I Do? |

This is occurring, because there is a new DLL
that NeuroGuide
. There will be a new version of NeuroGuide shortly that will resolve this. Until then, please run and install the following programs:
If NeuroGuide is located in Program Files(32 Bit systems, ie - c:\Program Files\NeuroGuide) Please run the executable located here. If NeuroGuide is located in Program Files (x86)(64 Bit systems, ie - c:\Program Files (x86)\NeuroGuide) Please run the executable located here. If you need any help with this, please contact BrainMaster Technical Support* at 440-232-6000 Option 3 *When contacting BrainMaster Technical Support, please have your Serial Number ready, and make sure that your Affiliate Membership is up-to-date, so that we can provide you with complimentary support. |
