DCN128 will not work if
 
office 2007 is combined with XP
 
XP requires office 2003
Vista requires office 2007
 
In general it is ill-advised to upgrade to office 2007 on an XP system for several reasons including insufficient memory.
XP users that upgrade to office 2007 report frequent computer lockups--avoid this combination.
