Four-channel Cable for Atlantis

The new 4-channel cable provides 7 connections to the trainee:
 
Active 1
Active 2
Reference shared 1 & 2
Ground
Reference shared 3 & 4
Active 3
Active 4
 
With one jumper, all references can be shared.
To use two referenced, no jumpers are needed.  One reference will be for channels 1 and 2, and the other will be for channels 3 and 4.
