The currently available peripheral modalities are:

nIR HEG (near infrared hemoencephalography) from Dr. Hershel Toomim (BioComp Research Institute)

pIR HEG (passive infrared hemoencephalograpy) from Dr. Jeffrey Carmen

Temperature (hand sensor)

These are provided with a battery-powered extension cable, and are available for any Atlantis device.  At this time, a 2x2 can accept one of the above interfaces, and a 4x4 can accept 2.  This is because each interface uses 2 channels, because both signal and reference data are acquired.

These modalities can be trained in a variety of ways, with feedback including sound, graphics, animations, music, DVD's, and Flash Games.

We are currently developing additional modalities including heart rate and HRV, skin conductance, and others.
