The BrainMaster system will run on any decently configured PC.

We recommend the following:

2 GHz processor minimum.  Faster is desirable if you plan to use the Multimedia Player or Flash Games.

Prefer Intel Processor

Windows XP or Vista.

128Mb video memory minimum.  Invidia Graphics adapter preferred.

We have seen problems with Athlon processors, and unreliable USB ports.  We suggest avoiding the Athlon processors.  If you have an Athlon processor and see intermittent PC Comm or Sync errors, try inserting a powered USB hub between the PC and the Atlantis.  Do not put any other USB devices on that hub.

Sufficient memory to run your version of Windows efficiently.  Typically 2 Gigibytes minimum.

17" minimum screen is preferred.

1280x1024 screen resolution is recommended.

For DVD playing, you will require WinDVD, or Power DVD Platinum or Pro installed, so that your PC has DVD drivers.

A second monitor is recommended for separate Clinical and Client displays.

NOTE: The system seems to work well on Apple MacIntosh computers using Boot Camp or Parallels, once DVD and other hardware related items are properly installed.
